The 2020 application season for organic certification is now open! Please make note of the deadlines below for specific scopes. Required forms can be found on and downloaded from the appropriate scopes on the Certification menu. If you would like a paper application packet mailed, please contact our office.
Deadlines for applicants are listed below. (For currently certified producers, your deadline can be found on the update letter in your packet which you will receive by the end of January.)

Crop Farms – June 30, 2020
Dairy Farms – Contact MCS Staff, special planning is required.
Livestock Only Farms – Contact MCS, the June 30th deadline may apply
Maple Syrup Operations – February 15, 2020
Processors/Handlers – Applications accepted year-round
Sea Vegetables – Applications accepted year-round, production area(s) must be inspected prior to harvest
Winter Greenhouse Producers – November 14, 2020
